TC-406液相脱氯剂

一、产品特点和应用范围

TC-406型脱氯剂主要用于液态烃,混合苯等液体原料中氯化氢的脱除,也可用于氢气、合成气、气态烃等多种气体中氯化氢的脱除。

TC-406型脱氯剂使用范围广,净化度好和氯容高,已被国内多家企业采用。

五、脱氯剂装填

1.脱氯装填高度与塔内径之比应大于3.

    2.除净脱氯塔内一切杂物。

3.装填时应筛去脱氯剂粉尘。

4.在脱氯剂床层的上、下部分别装填100200mm厚的Φ1020mm的耐火球。在脱氯剂与耐火球之间铺两层网孔小于超碰97资源站,波多野结衣番号,亚洲图片区,吉吉影院粒度的不锈钢丝网使之隔开。

5.装填时,在塔顶或入孔处放置一漏斗,下口扎一S形布筒子,然后把脱氯剂慢慢由漏斗倒入塔内,脱氯剂落下高度应低于1米,以减少脱氯剂的粉粹。装填料过程中要求均匀和平整,勿在脱氯剂上直接踩踏。

六、开车与停车

()、开车:

1.N2或惰性气体将系统进行置换,然后通原料。

2.加压条件下,要严格控制升压速率,一般为1.0Mpa/小时,待压力升到工艺要求,稳定后再通原料进行正常生产。

()、停车:

1.临时停车:关闭进出口阀,切断气源,保温保压。

2.更换脱氯剂停车:脱氯塔慢慢降压至常压,放出原料液后用N2或空气吹干脱氯剂层中吸附的残液后,再打开脱氯塔卸掉脱氯剂。

3.检修设备停车:用原料气或氮氢气自然降温,降压速度不超过1Mpa/小时,检修完毕后,应按开车步骤重新开车。

七、运输及包装

    1.脱氯剂用铁桶内衬塑料袋包装。

2.运输中尽量避免碰撞和摔滚,以免脱氯剂粉碎和损坏包装。

3.运输和贮存过程中,严防受潮和接触酸性介质,以免影响脱氯剂性能。

TC-406 Dechlorination Sorbent

1. Product features and scope of application

TC-406 dechlorination sorbent mainly applicable to hydrogen chloride removal from liquid hydrocarbons or BTX. It is also applicable to dechlorination from hydrogen, syngas or gaseous hydrocarbons. It has wide adaptability, high dechlorination efficiency and

High chlorine absorption capacity. The agent has been well proven in many commercial plants.

5. Loading

1.L/D of the bed must be greater than 3.

    2. Clean the reactor of any debris.

 3. Screen out any dust in the sorbent.

4. Install 100200mm depth of Φ1020mm inert balls at the bottom mand top of the bed. The sorbent and inert balls are separated by two layers of stainless wire net of smaller mesh size than the sorbent.

5. Place a funnel connected by a S-type cloth pipe at the top of the reactor. Drop the sorbent slowly into the reactor from a height no higher than 1m to avoid breakage of the sorbent. Ensure uniform dispersion of the sorbent in the bed. Do not step directly on the sorbent during loading operation.

 

6. Start-up and shutdown

Start-up:

1. Purge the system with nitrogen or other inert hases. Then pass feed stream into the reactor.

2. For pressurized operation, raise the pressure at no greater than 1.0MPa/h to operation condition and then pass feed stream to start normal operation.

Shutdown:

Temporary shutdownClose inlet and outlet valves, cut feed supply and maintain the temperature and pressure.

Shutdown for sorbent changeover: Lower the pressure slowly to atmospheric, withdraw the feed liquid from the bed, purge the bed with nitrogen or air and then open the reactor to unload the sorbent.

Shutdown for maintenance: Cool down naturally with feed gas or hydrogen-nitrogenand lower the pressure at no greater than 1.0MPa/h. Re-start according to start-up procedure when maintenance is completed.

 

7. Tranportation and package

    1. The sorbent is packed in iron barrels lined inside with plastic bags.
